This policy establishes guidelines and expectations for all users of our platform, ensuring that ideas and creations are protected, and no intentional theft or infringement occurs. By accessing and using Creatorspace, you agree to adhere to this policy.
Respect for Others' Ideas
As a user of Creatorspace, you commit to
not intentionally stealing, appropriating, or infringing upon the ideas, designs, concepts,
or any other form of intellectual property of other creators using the platform.
Originality and Attribution
Any content, ideas, designs, or creations
you contribute to Creatorspace must be original or properly attributed to the rightful
owner. Plagiarism, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of others' intellectual
property is strictly prohibited. Posting content does not transfer ownership rights to
Creatorspace, but by sharing, you grant us a license to display it within the platform as
per our Terms of Service.
Identification of Infringements
If you believe that someone on
Creatorspace has intentionally stolen or infringed upon your ideas or intellectual property,
it is your responsibility to promptly report the violation to Creatorspace.
Reporting Procedure
To report an infringement, submit a detailed
complaint to support@creatorspace.co. Your
complaint should include specific information regarding the alleged infringement, including
relevant evidence, such as descriptions, dates, links, or screenshots.
Investigation and Resolution
Creatorspace will acknowledge receipt of
your infringement complaint within 5 business days and begin the investigation process. Our
investigation may include reviewing submitted evidence, contacting the parties involved, and
consulting legal experts if necessary. We aim to resolve most complaints within 30 days. If
a violation is confirmed, appropriate actions will be taken, including warnings, content
removal, suspension, or termination of the infringing user's account.

infringement, Creatorspace may take the following actions:

Creatorspace reserves the right to take legal action
against individuals or entities found to be intentionally stealing or infringing upon
others' intellectual property rights on the platform.
If you disagree with a decision made by Creatorspace regarding an infringement, you may request a review within 7 days of the decision. Creatorspace will appoint a neutral reviewer to reassess the case and issue a final decision.
Creatorspace encourages users to familiarize themselves with intellectual property laws and best practices to ensure the protection of their own creations. We may provide educational resources, guidelines, and references to help users better understand intellectual property rights and related legal frameworks.
Creatorspace encourages creators to collaborate and share ideas openly while respecting the rights and contributions of all users. When working on joint projects, ensure all contributions are appropriately credited, and agreements are documented.
Creatorspace reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated policy.
